The Heart Prayer Almighty Creator, I bow before the flame you have placed in my heart, which is a spark of you. My beloved Inner Christ, Inner Buddha, Inner Light, show me this day what you would have me do with the power, wisdom, and love of this divine spark so that I may be your heart, your head, your hand in action – my heart, thy heart beating as one.

Heart Centered Meditation When we go within by devotion and love, we connect with the inner flame, with the Divine within that is God. The little spirit spark of our personal identity is the key that connects us with the Universal. Through prayer and meditation we turn our attention back to the Inner Light, which is the real source of our being. We become heart centered, balanced, which allows us to become renewed, refreshed, and replenished, so that we can give more light. As we commune with out Higher Self we access our inner wisdom of the heart. Meditation for becoming Heart centered As before in the previous meditation, ask your Guides, and your Angels to join you, ask for the Divine Light to surround you, and protect you. State that only those energies/entities that are for your highest good be allowed within that bubble of Divine Light that is surrounding you. Quiet your mind, and your thoughts, if thoughts keep popping in embrace them by acknowledging them “ok, I hear you, now it is time to reflect, I will get back to you” and then go within again. Now close your eyes, take some deep breaths, as you exhale consciously release the tensions of the day, letting go of worries, all thoughts of problems at work, home, with family and friends, and from physical and emotional burdens. Now center your focus on your heart charka in the center of your chest. Visualize in your mind the brilliant light of the sun and center that light in the center of your chest. Continue to take deep breaths, and as you exhale see yourself gently descending into that sphere of light, as you enter that sphere of light you are moving father away from the limiting dimensions of time and space, into a timeless and spaceless dimension. As you move further and further into that sphere of light, into the chamber of your heart charka, visualize yourself moving into a beautiful temple (in whatever way you choose to see that beautiful temple, whether it is one that is pure white and gold, or one that has all shades of the rainbow, or one that is like a lush garden). As you now sit within that sphere of light, within your beautiful temple, your heart charka, begin to feel the divine stillness of perfect love. Now direct your attention again to that light, the scared flame within, the Divine spark, this is where you go for transformation, for alchemy. We go within to that flame to leave behind an outdated portion of ourselves “the old woman”, and to obtain a greater portion of the light of our Higher Self (or your inner teacher) “the new woman”. Fold your hands at the center of your chest, over your heart charka, feeling the beating of your heart and see, with your inner eye, the flame of your Divine spark. Visualize this flame, as having three parts, on your left is the blue flame, representing divine power. In the middle is the yellow flame, embodying divine wisdom. On your right is the pink flame, which radiates divine love. Now take a moment to send an intense arc of love and gratitude from your heart to the Creator and feel the return of that love. The following is decree one can use daily, I recommend each morning before starting your day, and say the decree at least 3xs, or in multiples of 3s.
